Dimitrios has extensive culinary experience, working for the last 12 years in restaurants and boutique hotels in Greece. He is well known for his ability to adjust his cuisine accordingly, in order to capitalize the uniqueness of the venue where he creates.
Following his graduation in the Greek School of Culinary art and his completion of Alain Ducasse courses, he started accumulating experience in resorts and restaurants around the country. He soon became head chef at hotel Katikies in Santorini in which he managed to create signature menus and dishes. At the moment he is Head Chef at De.Light Boutique Hotel Mykonos.
