After his graduation from the field of Political Science, Aris Tsanaklidis decides to continue studying the art of gastronomy in the Culinary Institute of America. His professional course is really impressive, as he has cooperated with some of the most well known restaurants in the Virgin Islands, New York, Mexico, Japan, Los Angeles, Hong Kong and Washington. This variety of images, tastes, colors and cultures is what defined Aris Tsanaklidis gastronomic personality. Since 1992, when Aris Tsanaklidis returned to Greece, he has been established as one of the most creative and inventive chefs with an intense fusion spirit and unique suggestions.
Today he is ‘in charge of the kitchen’ of Kuzina Mykonos Restaurant, located on the beach of Mykonos Ammos Hotel in Ornos. Leader of Kuzina’s team, he is suggesting some of the most famous local specialties based on the purest ingredients of the Greek nature presented in a matchless fusion way.
