German has more than 20 years of experience in exclusive and prestigious hotels. His passion for culinary creativity and invention is always present in his constant effort to integrate the local culture into his kitchen. At the moment he is the Executive Sous Chef at Hudson, Morgan Hotels Group. In the past he has worked for several hotels and restaurants, from Dallas to Austin, New York and the Caribbean, such as the Dean Fearing at the Mansion and the Michelin star rated La Grenouille in New York City.
