Dimitris has extensive experience in the culinary profession, working along with Michelin stars awarded chefs. In the last 10 years, he has traveled, lived and worked at Tenerife, Spain, Finland and France before coming back to Greece. His collaboration with world-wide acknowledged chefs such as Ferran Adria, Michel Guerard, Albert Raurich and others cultivated his holistic approach towards the culinary experience.
In Greece he has worked and consulted for numerous culinary venues and boutique hotel projects. At the moment he is the Executive Chef at sea you up restaurant (3 golden toques).
